Join us for easy and inexpensive recipes you are sure to love! This week, Mark is making for chocolate pudding we originally got right off the Hershey's website, a simple and easy dessert that our family goes back to again and again.
Hershey's Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
2 & a 1/4 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Recipe:
1. In a medium saucepan, mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, corn starch, and salt, then stir in milk.
2. Over medium heat, stir until the pudding boils, stirring constantly. Once boiling, continue stirring for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
3. Stir in butter and vanilla, then pour into serving dishes. If you wish to prevent a skin from forming, cover with plastic wrap.
4. Serve either warm, or after refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
