Join us for easy and inexpensive recipes you are sure to love! This week we're making that mealtime classic, macaroni and cheese! This is a super simple recipe, done with just three ingredients and all in one pan, but so, so delicious.
Ingredients:
8 oz. pasta
6 oz. shredded cheese
6 oz. evaporated milk
Cooking steps:
1. Add 8 oz. of pasta to a medium saucepan and fill the pan with water until it's just above the surface of the past. Bring the water to a boil, and allow it to boil until the water is almost entirely evaporated.
2. Add 6 oz. of evaporated milk and bring to a boil.
3. Add 6 oz. of cheese and turn the heat to low or off entirely. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth, then remove the pan from the heat. The macaroni is ready to serve!
