As part of the Hampstead Merchant's Association's Santa House, the North Carroll Branch will be presenting a holiday storytime. Join us at Santa's Village in Downtown Hampstead for stories and fun. You can even get your picture taken with that Jolly Old Soul and donate to those in need all at the same time!
