Roasted Stuffed Peppers: 1 pound of 90/10 ground beef, 6-7 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of cooked rice, 2-3 dates, 4 ounces of feta cheese, 1-2 tablespoons of parsley, 1/2-1 tablespoon of oregano, tomatoes, 2 1/2 teaspoons of Kalamata olive spread or chopped fresh olives, olive oil
