Lamb Meatball Avgolemono Soup: 2 pounds of ground lamb, 1 large onion, 2 lemons, 1/2 pound of butter, 1/3 cup of flour, pepper and salt, 7 eggs, 8 cups of water or chicken broth, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 cup of balsmati rice, 1 tablespoon of tomato "dust" (ground up dehydrated tomatoes)
