Writers of all levels and genres are invited to join our weekly writing group. It is a flexible, drop-in, stay as long as you like, environment.

Storytime/book exchange

Get together at the library for a fun social time for you and your children. We’ll provide the space, toys, and activities, you provide the fun. Play is an important part of developing early literacy skills.

Our regular, theme-based storytime with a twist. There will be age appropriate stories, songs and a learning activity along with the opportunity to get up and get moving!

Let's play! Have fun exploring all the different rhythms and music you can make with Boomwhackers and other percussion instruments. Children must be registered 

Explore traditional fairy tales with a STEAM twist! We'll incorporate science, technology, engineering, art, and/or math activities to extend the fun! Our feature story will be Tops and Bottoms and we'll explore harvest time.

A little push, a twist, a turn. Keep those little fingers busy and experimenting in our library Tinkertown. Fun, playful activities will engage the mind and body as your child builds his/her fine motor skills and creativity.

Have you ever looked up at the sky and wondered what it’s like up there? Have you ever thought about how fascinating and unique all of the planets are?

Local bluegrass musician Alani Sugar will play the fiddle and mandolin.
