Learn the aspects of working in a commercial kitchen. This course includes hands-on use of equipment, including a flattop grill, fryer, commercial stove, and oven. Learn the concept of executing several orders at one time.

Earn service learning hours by helping us count, sort, test, and clear out old craft supplies for future programs and events! Drop in whenever and for however long works for you; we have plenty to get through.
