This class in the Hatha Yoga tradition is suitable for many different levels and abilities. Therapeutic elements of yoga will be included. The class ends with a deep relaxation Yoga Nidra.

Ready for some outdoor fun? Join us for a stroll through Westminster to hear some legends and lore and visit a few local haunts. This walk is approximately 1.5 miles. We will plan on meeting in the park in front of the library.
