Description
Laurel Brennan (occupational therapist, yoga instructor, and functional medicine practitioner) will facilitate a gentle vinyasa yoga for brain health, focusing on pranayama (breath work) and relaxation. Modifications will be offered for chair yoga as well. We will finish class with a Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or "effortless relaxation.” Please bring props to support your maximum comfort (i.e., yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask). Please bring the attached waiver to the program.
