Join us for easy and inexpensive recipes you are sure to love! This week I'm showing how to make a creamy and delicious peanut butter fudge. It's good enough that my sister has already yelled at me twice for "forcing" her to break her diet by leaving it around the house, so I hope you enjoy it too!

Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

4 cups white sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

8 tbsp. butter

12 oz. (1 can) of evaporated milk

7 oz. (1 jar) of marshmallow creme

16 oz. (1 jar) of peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Line a 9"x13" baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine the white sugar, brown sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan. Using medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Let boil for 7 minutes, making sure not to stir. 
3. Remove from heat, add marshmallow creme and stir until completely mixed. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and stir until completely mixed and smooth.
4. Pour into baking pan and allow to cool until room temperature. Cut into squares and serve!
