Ingredients: 2 cups mayonnaise, 4 T. rice vinegar, 4 T. sweet chili paste, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, pinch of crushed red peppers, juice of 2 lemons or limes, about 24 raw shrimp, about 1 cup buttermilk, about 3/4 cup corn starch, 1 1/4 tsp. powdered garlic, oil.
