Description
Mindfulness is the non-judgmental awareness of one's present moment experiences. We are often caught up in the busyness of our day and consumed by conflicting thoughts and emotions. By practicing mindfulness, we are more able to live in the present moment where calmness and peace of mind reside. We can maintain a sense of serenity despite the turbulent waves that crash into our lives as storms come and go. Joanne Hochendoner will introduce us to mindful meditation in this 4 session series. Each class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes on Zoom. Please register. We will email the Zoom login information to registrants an hour before the class begins.
It is recommended you register for each session to get the most from the program.
