Program Description

Description

This gentle yoga class allows students of various abilities and physical conditions to develop their yoga practice comfortably. Yoga has many appealing aspects, including increased flexibility, relaxation, strength, improved balance, stress, and pain relief. No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing; bring a mat and a blanket.
