Music Trail Children's Celebration with Christylez Bacon

Join us for this Mount Airy Music Trail featured event! Christylez Bacon is a Grammy-nominated hip hop artist who combines rhyming, storytelling, and interactive call-and-response choruses with diverse instrumentation (West African djembe drum, acoustic guitar, and human beatboxing). This high-energy program delivers a message of cultural acceptance and unification, blending traditional elements of various musical styles.

Attendees will receive a free book courtesy of CCPL's Innovative Programming and The Last Word Bookstore. One book per family while supplies last. This program is a part of the Mount Airy Music Trail, a community partnership project with the Town of Mount Airy and many local businesses.
