It can be difficult to be motivated to cook for two or just you. Join Weis Dietitian Christina to discuss some tips to make cooking and meal prepping for a smaller crowd more enjoyable and easier. This presentation will be followed by a Black Bean and Corn Salsa recipe demonstration that participants will be able to sample.
