Pat Hahn, Carroll County Public Library librarian and storyteller, has been engaging audiences with ghost tales for more than 20 years. Many of the stories she shares of tormented souls lurking in Carroll County are from the book Ghosts and Legends of Carroll County, Maryland by Jesse Glass, Jr. After entertaining us with spooky stories, Pat will present highlights from the Westminster Ghost Walk.
