Join staff from CCPL’s Exploration Commons at 50 East— opening this fall in Westminster – to get a taste of our future programs! The butterfly pea flower brings beautiful, color-changing, blue and magenta hues to drinks, salads, and more. This program will demo butterfly pea flowers in a simple syrup for iced tea and lemonade, as well as a color-changing vinaigrette.
