Bring your writing, works-in-progress, or works-in-thought. This writing group allows beginners, unpublished, and published writers to network, learn, vent, and feel inspired to move to the next level.

Child car safety seats can be very challenging to install! The Carroll County Health Department will perform car seat checks and assist families to ensure that child seats are correctly installed in vehicles.

Join us for storytime at the Wildwood Park gazebo! We'll share books, stories, rhymes, music, and movement. Talk, sing, read, write, and play together in a format appropriate for young children.

CCPL's Taneytown Branch will partner with Carroll County Public Schools and the US Department of Agriculture to provide free summer meals for kids and teens. Caring and Sharing Ministries will sponsor adult meals.

Bring a mug and a helping hand to support future art programs here at the library. Young and old are welcome to gather to help cut and process withdrawn magazines.

Learn about using commercial and independent designer sewing patterns, measuring for size, and interpreting and following written instructions. We will also learn ways of altering patterns to improve fit.

Pulses are edible seeds from the legume family, including beans, peas, chickpeas, and lentils. They are very high in protein and fiber and low in fat.
