Is Halloween your favorite time of the year? Join us for our Annual Trunk or Treat. Register your trick-or-treaters and come to the Taneytown Branch for games and activities, followed by trick-or-treating. Register here if you would like to decorate your car. We hope you’ll come out and have some fun with us in a safe and enjoyable venue for the little ones.
