Description

Tai chi is an ancient practice that has its origins in China. It is a mind/body practice that incorporates breath and gentle movements to focus the mind. This program will assist the body in recovering from illness and maintaining wellness. We will have a gentle progression of movements over four weeks. The instructor is certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. All levels are welcome.
