We invite families to come take a walk with us and enjoy the great outdoors the weekend before the Super Bowl for Super Stroll Sunday! The first book featured on our Story Stroll will be Bear Snores On by Karma Wilson and illustrated by Jane Chapman. There are 20 stations along the stroll with activities that families can do to interact with the book. The average time to complete the stroll is 30 minutes. Featured books along the Story Stroll will be rotated. The next featured Story Stroll book, When Spring Comes written by Kevin Henkes and illustrated by Laura Dronzek, will be installed during the first week of March.
The Deer Park Story Stroll is a partnership between Carroll County Public Library, Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks, and Girl Scout Troop #10236. Support for the Story Stroll was provided by Lowe's of Westminster.
