CCPL and A Likely Story Bookstore invite you to a special Summer Reads author event with the queen of the summer novel, Elin Hilderbrand.

Her first historical novel, SUMMER OF '69, is rich with the details of an era that shaped both a nation and an island thirty miles out to sea. Elin Hilderbrand is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the Iowa Writers Workshop. She has lived on Nantucket for 25 years and is the mother of three teenagers. SUMMER OF '69 is her twenty-third novel. Elin is also a 5 year breast cancer survivor.

An author talk will be followed by a book signing. Titles will be available for purchase from A Likely Story Bookstore.
