Summer Lunch at the Library (Westminster Branch)

CCPL's Westminster Branch is partnering with Carroll County Public Schools and the US Department of Agriculture to provide free summer meals for kids and teens. Due to federal regulations, meals must be eaten at the library. There is no enrollment or cost; meals will be served from 12:15 PM until 1:15 PM.
