Growing, Cooking, and Preserving with Herbs is an overview of seeing, touching, and smelling herb plants, as well as delving into the growing and preservation of herbs. Aside from the usual culinary herbs we know and use daily, Eva Slezak, Assistant Manager of the Social Science & History Department of the Enoch Pratt Free Library and the MD State Library Resource Center, likes to bring herbs not so well known and seen.
