Join the Friends of the Carroll County Public Library for our Annual Meeting and Friends Giving Afternoon Tea on Friday, November 22 at 2 PM at Exploration Commons. Lite refreshments will be served; please RSVP by 11/15.

Learn about our 2025 initiatives and how you can join in the fun and enjoy "The History of Libraries" presented by Andrea Berstler.

This year, we are asking attendees to please bring non-perishable food or personal care items that will be donated to local organizations.
