Join us for this four-week series to learn about plant-based eating and how it can improve your health. This program presents an engaging and effective way to help participants maintain a healthy weight, tackle diabetes, or improve their health in other ways. Presented by Teena M. Wilkerson, MS, RD, LDN, a licensed Food for Life Instructor (pcrm.org).  Your registration for class on March 23 includes registration for all four sessions.
