Description

In partnership with the Carroll County Health Department, Carroll County Public Library is providing access to COVID-19 Home Test Kits at our library and Headquarters locations. You may register here to pick up one kit (contains 2 tests) per registered person. Registration opens on Tuesday and supplies are limited.

Test kits must be picked up during library hours on Wednesday. Your kit will be in a bag in our lobby or close to the entrance of the library with your name on it. If you are ill or have been exposed, please do not come into the library beyond the test kit pickup location.
