Please join the Carroll County Chapter of the Maryland Writers Association as we explore "things that go bump in the night, wraiths, and writer's block." After an afternoon of fun and games, we will learn new ways to keep the words flowing. We will also have an open mic session to share your latest news and bits of writing. Costumes are encouraged!
