Carroll County Health Department's Health on Wheels Mobile Services

Health on Wheels will offer a range of services, including reproductive health services, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, blood pressure screening, smoking cessation, Naloxone training, peer support services, birth certificates, assistance with vaccines, WIC services by appointment, and health education.
