In this two-part class, learn the basics of braiding and baking yeast-raised sweet doughs using a recipe for Houska, a traditional Czechoslovakian holiday bread. Day one will cover ingredients, making your dough, and types of braids known as plaits. Day two will cover shaping, proofing, and baking your delicious loaf.
