Exploration Commons - AR/VR Lab

The AR/VR lab is an open room that provides plenty of room to explore or create your own virtual worlds using our Valve Index. There is a rolling laptop table in the room for tethered use or to create and try your own content. Reservations are limited to two 2-hour sessions per week. Makerspace age restrictions apply.

A signed assumption of risk form is required for all individuals using equipment and labs in the makerspace.  Customers age 12-17 must have an AoR signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to independently using the virtual reality or audio/video labs.

The AR/VR Lab is only bookable for purposes that require use of the virtual reality equipment in that lab. Reservations for meeting, work, or study space are not permitted.
