We’ll make a savory, vegetarian pasta sauce that even meat-eaters will enjoy. This hands-on class will demonstrate how to create rich flavor and satisfying texture while keeping weeknight prep quick by using a food processor.

Join us for a hands-on storytime where preschoolers explore STEM concepts with a special focus on nature. Each session features a themed story and guided activities.

This program includes a gentle yoga practice, pranayama (breath exercises), and meditation to allow you to let go of tension, relax, and relieve stress. Breathing techniques and physical postures will be practiced that can be utilized off you
