Open Sewing Studio is an opportunity to enjoy freestyle sewing with other sewists. Come in and work on your holiday sewing projects in the company of others.

Create some festive napkin rings for your holiday table. Each participant will leave with four beautiful napkin rings. Supplies will be provided, but if you'd like specific colors, please bring your own ribbon and embellishments.

Come to the library to visit with or read to book-loving therapy dogs. Research shows that reading to animals boosts reading skills in children and helps with social skills and emotional health for all ages.

Every dog enjoys a good story! Trained reading dogs from My Caring Paws will provide a relaxed, informal atmosphere for kids to practice reading.

In this hands-on class, we'll make marshmallows to cut at home and jars of hot cocoa mix to give as gifts or keep for yourself. 

Make a reversible holiday gift bag in this class. Get further acquainted with the sewing machine and basic sewing tools. In this class, you will learn the basics of creating a reversible gift bag with a boxed base and drawstring closure. 

Love breakfast teas? Learn about the history, cultures, and varieties of three popular breakfast teas: Irish, English, and Scottish. Proper brewing techniques and tasting tips will be provided.

Join this friendly crochet group open to beginners and experienced crocheters alike. Those new to crocheting should bring a size J hook and a light-colored, worsted-weight yarn to the class.

'Tis the season of making! And what better way to celebrate than hopping into an introductory 3D printing and design class where you will model your own 3D printed present box!

Join us to learn how to make something new and creative.

Bring your writing, works-in-progress, or works-in-thought. This writing group allows beginners, unpublished, and published writers to network, learn, vent, and feel inspired to move to the next level.

This month's selection is Murder on St. Nicholas Avenue by Victoria Thompson.

In this group cooking class, we will make quick-rise cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting from scratch. One registration is good for up to 4 attendees, with a minimum of 2 per group.

Join us for a crossover program between our makerspace and teaching kitchen to make a custom laser-engraved charcuterie board.

Join us for an evening of crochet and conversation. Bring your crochet supplies and/or whatever crochet project you have already started. All experience levels are welcome.
