Program Description

Description

This program includes a gentle yoga practice, pranayama (breath exercises), and meditation to allow you to let go of tension, relax, and relieve stress. Breathing techniques and physical postures will be practiced that can be utilized off your mat and outside this class, to enable you to manage stress and pressure in various settings in your life. 

The program will be accessible for individuals of varying physical ability and yoga experience, and can be modified to a chair, for those with limited mobility. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat or towel to practice on.
