The library is partnering with the Sykesville Painting Club to offer this Palette Painting Workshop with Nancy Fine, featuring a snowy winter landscape. In Nancy’s workshop, we will learn that the palette knife and other tools are not just for mixing paint on your palette but can also be used to create some stunning effects in your paintings. These effects are not possible with a brush.
