Have you ever wondered whose hard work and skill keep the Eldersburg Branch's garden looking so beautiful? It's the lovely volunteers of the Carroll County Master Gardeners. Please join us for refreshments, plant talk, and a flower themed craft as we show our appreciation to these volunteers.
