Description

Learn how to use conductive tape, a battery, and an LED light to create a Valentine's Day card that lights up! Perfect to give as a Valentine's gift!

Craft kits are available for this program through Express Pickup at the Eldersburg Branch. After registering, participants will receive an email informing them when they may pick up a bag of craft supplies! Craft kits will be available for pickup starting January 25th through February 15th.
