Join us for this exciting new quarterly author series for homeschoolers! Created by professional educators with the non-profit One Word at a Time, Inc., this class will consist of lunch and a virtual livestream with Kwame Alexander. The program includes a book talk with popular children's book authors, a brief writing lesson, and a live Q&A session.

December's special guest author is New York Times bestselling author Alan Gratz. This series is recommended for children in first through seventh grades. Registrants must be present in the branch to access the presentation. 

Each child must be registered. Please bring a bagged lunch from home. Caregivers must attend with children who are 8 years old and under. Caregivers of older children are welcome to stay for the presentation as well. Educational materials will be emailed out to registrants before and after the program takes place.
