Description
Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced, calming style of yoga that focuses on relaxation, ease of movement, and mindfulness. Class will include basic postures, gentle stretching and exploration of the breath and body connection. Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if they have one and wear comfortable clothing. Studio mats will be available if a person does not have one. The class will also occur on July 28 and August 25.
