Join the Friends of the Carroll County Public Library for our Annual Meeting and Friends Giving Afternoon Tea on Friday, November 14 at 1 PM. A business meeting will be followed by our special guest speaker, author Allie Pleiter. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Light refreshments will be served; please RSVP by 11/7. 

We will once again be collecting non-perishable food and personal care items for donation to local organizations.
