This special Carroll 250 program is presented by Carroll County Public Library, Park Books on Main, and 1623 Brewing Company.

We're celebrating the release of A Founding Mother by Stephanie Dray and Laura Kamoie. All attendees will receive a signed copy of A Founding Mother. The event includes an author talk and book signing. 1623 Brewing Company will offer advance ordering and specialty drinks.
