Citizen science happens when ordinary people study the world around them and send in the data they collect to scientists. Anyone can do it! We’ll learn how to use the iNaturalist app to identify the world around us and contribute to existing projects in our area. Come prepared by having downloaded iNaturalist to your smartphone or tablet. No phone? No worries! You can still participate with a digital camera or by using your powers of observation and a notebook.
