Please join us for a winter health program at CCPL's Mount Airy Branch. This program will discuss the history and causes of seasonal affective disorder, how to avoid it, and how to treat it. Although this condition was once poorly understood, we now have a good handle on its causes and how to address it. The presentation will include ways to decrease the likelihood of it occurring and the very inexpensive and effective treatment options that are now available. Presented by Joseph O'Leary, MD, from Access Carroll Integrated Health Care.
