Our recipe this week is a Foley Family favorite, baloney salad, passed down from my grandmother!
1 lb. baloney
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced sweet mixed pickles
Very simple to make, simply finely chop the baloney and add the other ingredients, stir until completely mixed.
Best eaten as a sandwich spread or over some lettuce, I hope you all enjoy!
