Adventure Begins at Your Library! There will be something for everyone at our biggest celebration of the year! Come out and register for Summer Reading, play games, make crafts, plant seeds, and grab your stack of great summer reads. 

Join this friendly crochet group open to beginners and experienced crocheters alike. Those new to crocheting should bring a size J hook and a light-colored, worsted-weight yarn to the class.

Create and test parachutes and hot air balloons.

Do you feel like you're going in a dozen directions? Or maybe you're not focusing due to hectic schedules. Sometimes, we need to stop everything and concentrate on the simpler things.

Tiny thoughts lead to big ideas! Paint a mini canvas and create tiny art masterpieces to display in the library. You can earn up to 2 service hours for doing this project.

Come craft with us! We will have a fun and EASY craft project each month. No experience or creative skills are needed! Bring a friend and craft together, or meet new people with a shared love of crafting.  

Join the Mount Airy Knitters for a weekly roundtable of knitting, conversation, and fun. All experience levels are welcome.

Show your colors with Pride, and come tie-dye a tote bag in a riot of fun colors! One tote bag per registrant. This will be an outdoor event.

We are looking to brighten up our young adult area, and we need your help. Bring your creativity and paint some bookends for us. If you don't finish, you can take them home and return them later. You can earn up to three service hours.
