Meeting Description
This is a public meeting for interested people to learn about the documented racial terror lynching that occurred in Carroll County and to learn how the Townsend Cook Memorial Project helps work towards healing and reconciliation. Meet members of the Townsend Cook Memorial Project committee, view a short film, and hear Dr. Will Schwarz from the Maryland Lynching Memorial Project speak about the purpose and scope of similar projects that have taken place in other counties in Maryland.
