Crispy Honey Chicken with Jasmine Rice: 2 teaspoons of salt-free Chinese five-spice, 5 tablespoons of tamari soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 cup of finely ground tapioca flour + 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 cups of jasmine rice, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of freshly ground ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of honey, 2 cups of chicken tenders/boneless + skinless thighs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water/chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of chili paste, olive oil for frying, chopped green onions
