Fall-Off-the-Bone Pork Ribs with Semi-Homemade Coleslaw

Ribs: 1 whole rack of ribs, a favorite barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon each of white pepper and black pepper (or approximately 30 turns of a pepper mill), 1 teaspoon each of ground oregano, chili powder, paprika, cumin, granulated garlic. 

Coleslaw: 1/2 a small head each of red and green cabbage, 3 - 4 carrots, a favorite coleslaw mix.
