Pumpkin Muffins: 2 - 15 oz. cans pure pumpkin, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 6 eggs, 3 1/3 cups of sugar, 4 1/2 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of each of baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger (This recipe can be halved.)
