It's important to take time for yourself during these hectic, and often, uncertain times. Serenity journaling is an opportunity to take a few minutes, slow down, think, and write. Join Maria as she provides us with some topics, both contemporary and remembrance, that we can write about and relax. You can also take this time to journal about whatever is on your mind, or in your heart. After we free-write together, sharing is optional but encouraged!
